Feeling seen, heard, and understood by another person can be an incredibly transformative experience. During our time together, I will strive to hold the space for your complex and unique life stories to be witnessed and honoured. I view the client as the expert of their own lives, and my role is to utilize my training to collaboratively work through any issues that you may bring to therapy. I bring about change through a feminist, intersectional, and anti-oppressive lens, which means that I will be attuned to the complexities of your lived experiences and the potential societal and structural influences on your life. I aim to individualize my training to your goals and unique experiences in order to help you live a better life.

I’m a queer Chinese femme who was born and raised in Amiskwaciwâskahikan (Edmonton), and I’m currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Adler University. In my free time, I enjoy discovering new music, diving into a good book, and taking care of my various houseplants.
