Nic Rivela, M. Ed. RCC. CCC

We live in a complicated and fast paced world. All of us face our own unique challenges as we navigate the best we can through our lives. We yearn to feel well, to live our own version of happiness and to share ourselves with the ones we care about most. Inevitably, we encounter struggle and feel pain... We have our reasons.

At different times, our struggles and pain can overwhelm our ability to cope. We cannot seem to find the balance we strive for and it becomes difficult to make changes and live how we want to.

We are all capable of creating new sustainable patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.

In counselling we learn to identify, understand, and process what is happening. At your pace, we'll explore it and learn to relate and react differently. We'll learn to come to come to terms with it so we can get on with our lives with ne tools and perspective(s).
