I see therapy as an exploration that we go on together. I strive to provide an empathetic and non-judgemental space where you feel safe to be your authentic self. I have deep respect for the diversity of each individual and I aim to understand and value your uniqueness and provide support that is tailored to your goals.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and change and I work with you to develop the awareness and skills to help you help yourself. You are the expert of your own life and my role is to collaborate with you to support your growth, reflect your strengths, help you connect patterns in your life, and walk with you in your joys and sorrows.

I approach therapy from a person-centred perspective and incorporate other therapeutic approaches as they fit with each client. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in an understanding of the effects of colonization and systemic oppression.

I am beginning my career as a therapist after working for years in Indigenous education as a teacher at the high school and elementary levels and as an administrator. I also have experience volunteering with community Crisis Teams. In my free time I enjoy dancing, music, crafting, reading, and yoga.
