Victoria is no longer accepting new clients through our internship program.

Sometimes life is tricky and establishing who we are and what we need seems like a distant challenge.

I offer a client-centered, collaborative, culturally sensitive approach to whatever is coming up in your life. I believe that we all have the inner resources to heal, change, and grow, and I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to facilitate this exploration. As a first-generation Canadian and triracial woman, I honor diverse perspectives and experiences and understand oppressive societal structures. I have a yoga teaching qualification and I integrate body-based practices to provide an all-encompassing, holistic perspective.

I grew up in Quebec and spent time growing up in South America and Europe. My Brazilian Afro-Indigenous and Hungarian heritage inform who I am today. I believe that we are always in relationship and look forward to working with you.

I practice in English, but I am fluent in French and Portuguese.
