Navigating life can be stressful and overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Having someone to chat with can make a world of a difference, and I would be happy to be that person for you.

As someone who was raised in Asia and moved to Vancouver for University, I understand how culture can impact our lives, especially when it comes to navigating multi-cultural identities. Culture can influence our thoughts, behaviours, and actions, so why wouldn’t it affect our emotions too?

As a counsellor in-training, my goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients. Being inclusive, open, and supportive is my priority, because I believe that finding a space where you can be yourself is important for personal growth. Leading from a place of curiosity, care, and authenticity is how I connect with others. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I follow a person-centred approach. My main focus is working with teenagers, but I welcome anyone seeking support.

When I’m not in the counselling room, I spend my time with family, friends, and playing video games. I want to eventually find a way to incorporate video games into therapy, specifically role-playing games, simulation games, and cozy games.
