I believe we’re wired for connection, and opening to support can be a powerful part of healing. In our work together, I bring curiosity and compassion to the parts of your life where you might feel most alone, fragmented, or confused. My goal is to help you to feel a greater sense of wholeness, connection, and agency, in ways that feel true to you.

I will always welcome you to come as you are. I believe the ways you have learned to cope with life took shape for a reason. This is the heart of my approach: you make sense. Your coping strategies have helped you get through life, even if they now feel painful or no longer serve you. Together, we can hold your experiences with the kindness needed to foster change.

It’s important to me that sessions move at a pace that feels manageable for clients. This may mean intentionally slow things down, taking time to celebrate you, or bringing in mindfulness, creativity and play. I am very inspired by the natural world, and so there will be opportunities in our work to look to nature to reflect your innate strength and resilience. If we sound like a fit, it would be an honour to walk alongside you on your journey.

In my personal life, I find joy in being in nature on the Sunshine Coast where I live, spending time with friends, and practicing yoga.
