Sometimes life feels heavier than it should and you may not be sure why. You might be carrying the pressure of work, stress, and expectations to keep going even when you feel exhausted or disconnected inside. Therapy can be a place to slow down and feel less alone with what you are carrying. This space is for people who want to be met with care, curiosity, and respect and who are looking for support that honors their experiences, identities, and pace.

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in collaboration and practical support. Along with talk therapy, I offer art therapy to explore experiences beyond words. There is no need for any prior art skills or experience. What matters is your openness to the creative process as a tool for self-expression. Having completed Gottman Method Level 1 and 2 training, I also help clients navigate relationship issues with research-based tools to improve communication and connection.

As an immigrant from the Asian community, I understand the cultural complexities that shape our lives. I provide clinical services in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, ensuring that your values and heritage are respected throughout our work together. Whether you are navigating existential questions, family dynamics, or everyday stress, you deserve to be accepted as you are. If you are considering working together, you are welcome to reach out and explore whether this space feels right for you.
