Counselling offers a space where you can show up as you are, get curious about what’s arising, and explore what might help you feel more grounded in yourself. In our work, I bring a steady, caring presence and genuine curiosity about who you are. I aim to show up in a relational, non-judgmental, and adaptive way, honouring your strengths and needs. I offer a blend of empathic listening, honest reflection, and questions that invite deeper insight and self-compassion. Sessions may weave together practical tools and philosophical exploration while making room for joy, play, and humour. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and challenged in ways that feel expansive.

My practice is guided by narrative and feminist approaches, emphasizing how your stories, identities, and lived experiences shape the way you move through the world. I work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed foundation and strive to centre collaboration and choice. I’m also energized by the existential, from finding meaning in your experiences to living in alignment with your values. When helpful, I incorporate mindfulness to support reconnection with the wisdom of your body.

I work with clients of all backgrounds and with a broad range of concerns. I also care deeply about supporting 2SLGBTQI+ and neurodivergent clients, especially in exploring identity and belonging. My experience in sexual and reproductive health and justice includes supporting survivors of sexualized violence, individuals navigating abortion care, and those exploring sex, sexuality, and intimacy through a sex-positive, shame-reducing lens. I also have a background in child care and a soft spot for supporting folks through pregnancy, childbirth, and caregiving.

Outside of counselling, I find joy in community, yoga, and nature walks with my dog Nelly. If my approach resonates, I’d be honoured to connect.
